Correct wearing method
The following problems can occur if you are not wearing properly:
1.The headphone signal is not good, the left earphone will be interrupted frequently, and the connection will not be possible.
2.Under the ambient sound mode, a sharp sound will appear on the headphones.
(Note: It is normal to have a sharp sound when you take it on your hand or when you remove it. The reason is: If the mic is in the direction of the cochlea, the mic will collect the sound from the ear hole to produce a murmur.)
How to restore factory settings
(If the L and R headsets are unable to connect, please restore the factory settings.)
1. Press and hold the L (R) headset button to turn it off and the light goes out. (Note: Be sure to turn off)
2.Press and hold the L (R) button for 20 seconds, the headset will sound 2 times, and the LED will flash 2 times.
3. Put the headset into the charging box and enter the charging state.
(Note: Make sure the charging box has power)
4.Take the L(R) headset out of the charging box at the same time, open the mobile phone Bluetooth, find the ONEvido S200R connection, and click the connection successfully. (Note: Do not need to operate the headset, do not connect ONEvido S200L)
Note:The headset that has been connected to the phone can be taken out of the charging box directly, and the headset will automatically connect to the phone.)
